Swen Niebann works as a Business Line Manager, responsible for the business strategy of the production management and digital factory solutions at Autodesk. He helps to implement Autodesk’s Mission - The Future of Making Things - in cooperation with key customers.

His passion is to bridge between concepts like smart manufacturing or industry 4.0 and the practical business problems of today to help Autodesk's customers to digitize their business.

Mr Niebann’s academic background include degrees in industrial engineering, innovation, and product management as well as general management and strategy. During his professional career, he has worked for multiple companies of different sizes - from job shops to mass production lines, which have allowed him to gain long-term experience in production management and business process optimization.
