The presentation will explain new virtual machining technology via a CAM development solution that enables constant real time, bi-directional communication between machine and control, significantly improving manufacturing workflow. The presentation will demonstrate comprehensive, concrete application examples that improve safety, reliability, speed, and process control optimization from CAD/CAM to machine. The session will benefit large corporations as well as mid-range and small businesses.
The process, based on Industry 4.0 tenets, will encompass CAM-NC–File generation, NC-Simulation/Verification, Machine dependent NC Program optimization, and bi-directional Connected Machining.
