More than 90% of Kaiser boring tools that require service can be repaired in-house with an average turnaround of five business days, even those that are more than twenty years old. Repaired tools are then backed by a one-year standard warranty. For the small percentage of tools that cannot be repaired, customers are offered demo units at discounted prices.
BIG Kaiser’s in-house repair team also has the expertise and equipment to repair most BIG Daishowa Profit Maker tools including Angle Heads, High Spindle and Hi-Jet Holders. The team uses a thorough inspection and extensive verification process to assess damaged tools. Within two days, a quote is issued highlighting parts that need replaced and the total repair cost versus the cost of a new unit. After any service is performed, all units are re-assembled, re-greased and ready to ship back within 5-10 business days.
