The International Titanium Association (ITA), Denver, Colo., has issued a “Final Call for Papers” for TITANIUM 2013, the Association's 29th annual conference and exhibition, which will be October 6-9, 2013, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nev.
ITA members and non-members are invited to submit abstracts for consideration by the planning committee. The deadline to submit papers is June 4, 2013.
The planning committee is seeking topics including: Raw Materials; Alternative Energy; Commercial Aerospace; Military/Defense; Automotive; Medical; Industrial; Economy/Finance; Energy Exploration and Production; Mining; Manufacturing Technology; New Materials; Consumer Goods/Recreation Products and Architectural Applications.
TITANIUM 2013 is designed to suit the needs of titanium industry professionals, suppliers, customers and stakeholders. The gathering offers a full spectrum of information on the latest business, technology and market trends and developments in the global titanium industry. It provides a forum for expert panel discussions, workshops, leading keynote speakers and networking opportunities.
Conference attendees typically hold executive positions in areas such as management, sales and marketing, product development, production, engineering and design, purchasing and quality control. Last year TITANIUM 2012 drew an attendance of 1,106 guests from 32 countries.
