West Ohio Tool
West Ohio Tool announced the company and its custom PCD, CBN, and carbide cutting-tool making operations are now ISO 9001 certified which ensures they’re working with a tooling supplier that measures up to their standards and provides quality and precision they need to machine complex and tight-toleranced workpieces.
As part of the ISO certification process, West Ohio Tool demonstrated its ability to provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. The company also documented it upholds the seven quality management principles at the heart of ISO certification.
“Most manufacturers today are ISO certified, and they expect that same certification of their suppliers,” said West Ohio Tool President Rea King. “We’ve always maintained the highest standards in both our manufacturing operations and the tools we produce, so the certification is testament to that and further builds the already strong confidence our customers have in us.”
