Kurt Manufacturing Company announced formation of a national network of authorized vise and workholding repair centers.

Strategically located throughout the United States and Mexico, the seven Service Centers are staffed with Kurt factory trained workholding experts who provide fast and experienced service and repair to all Kurt original equipment. Included are precision manual vises, hydraulic vises and vertical machining vises.

Kurt’s Service Centers also inventory Kurt replacement parts for immediate shipment to customers.

“Kurt’s new Service Centers give manufacturers close-to-home help quickly when they need it,” reports Steve Kane, Kurt sales manager. “Machine uptime is extremely important in this challenging and leaner manufacturing economy. We’ll be adding more Service Centers soon, including Chicago and Costa Rica. Kurt’s growing Service Center network is designed to minimize repair time, save transportation costs and keep equipment operating.”
