Mazak has announced that it will be hosting Sandvik Coromant’s Modern Art of Milling at three of its facilities across the country, including its National Technology Center in Florence, KY.

Designed to introduce American manufacturers to the latest in cutting technologies and processes, the events feature the perspectives of both cutting tool manufacturer and machine tool builder.

“Partnerships are vital to surviving and succeeding in today’s manufacturing environment,” says Brian Papke, President of Mazak. “We are constantly looking for ways to collaborate with cutting tool manufacturers to get the best possible performance out of our combined products. The Modern Art of Milling event will provide customers with the opportunity to come see some of the results of those efforts.”

To accommodate as many attendees as possible, each day of The Modern Art of Milling will cover identical content, with a schedule running from 3 pm to 7 pm. A variety of sessions will focus on innovative ways for manufacturers to improve efficiency and productivity in their milling operations.
