The Eriez 5-Star Service staff of trained technicians quickly disassembles and diagnoses problems. Once the repair project is approved, equipment is remanufactured to original specifications, tested and given an “as new” warranty. Typical 5-Star Service projects include:

• Eddy Current Separators: Repair or replace rotors & elements; install new belts, pulleys, electronics and other components when necessary
• Drum Magnets: Inspect the core and replace coil; repair shaft, cores, shells and parts when necessary; install new bearings and equipment if needed
• Wet Drum Separators: Inspect all magnetic elements; repair or replace magnets and tanks; install new steel canisters and components if needed
• Suspended Electromagnets: Inspect box, core and tanks; replace coils, electronics, rectifiers, motors and other components if necessary.
