OMAX Corporation, theleading provider of precision-engineered, computer-controlled, multi-axis abrasivejet systems for manufacturing environments, is responding to the increased demand for its machines worldwide by boosting the level of support it provides to its global customer base.
Most recently, OMAX hired two new technical support team membersthat will dedicate their time to serving Mexico and European markets. Furthermore, the company plans to welcome more technical support employees by the start of 2012 to cover India, Asia and the Western and Eastern regions of Canada.
Additionally, OMAX recently overhauled its corporate website, www.omax.com, to improve communication with customers outside of the UnitedStates by making the site’s content available in Portuguese, French, Spanish, Polish, German, Hindi, Russian, Korean, and Chinese.
