HIRSCHMANN takes over of JauchSchmider GmbH & Co. KG

On December 1, 2011 the insolvent JauchSchmider GmbH & Co. KG was taken over by the HIRSCHMANN Group, Fluorn-Winzeln Germany. The parent company HM Holding GmbH has established a new company JS GmbH that continues the transactions of the insolvent JauchSchmider GmbH & Co. KG. The business address of the newly founded JS GmbH stays the same:  Robert-Bosch-Str. 15 in 78667 Villingendorf Germany. HIRSCHMANN has taken over all employees and concluded a long-term lease contract for the building in Villingendorf.

The range of high quality submersible single and multiple axes rotary tables and spindles for EDM offered by both companies in the past will now be combined. Our customers will benefit from the technology and knowledge of both companies in the form of improved efficiency and a complete product line.
