Elmira, New York – Hardinge Inc. officials announce that Brooke Sykes Jr. will join Hardinge as the new sales & service director for the North American Turning & Milling Group. Sykes will report to James P. Langa, president, turning/milling group.
Sykes comes to Hardinge with 30+ years of progressively responsible experience in sales, sales management, and executive leadership in the machine tool industry. Sykes began his career with J&H Machine Tools in Charlotte, North Carolina and most recently held the position of the president of DMG MORI Ellison Technologies Tennessee Division. He will officially join Hardinge on or about Dece. 8, 2014.
Langa commented, “We are very excited to have an individual of such high caliber and long tenured experience as Brooke join Hardinge. With his background and personal attributes, he will clearly help drive our success in the North American market.”
