Mastercam announced the appointment of Russ Bukowski as its president. Acting as the interim president since December 2024, Bukowski is ideally suited to lead the company through its next phase of growth and expansion.
With over 20 years of experience in strategy development and organizational leadership, Bukowski will guide Mastercam's strategic direction as the company continues to strengthen and further expand its market-leading position in CAD/CAM space.
Having previously served as the company's executive vice president and chief strategy officer, Bukowski has a profound understanding of Mastercam and its critical role within Sandvik Manufacturing Solutions.

His expertise in developing customer relationships, managing sales teams, and delivering technical solutions has contributed to significant growth in automation and tooling sales. Holding Ontario Journeyman Papers in Mold Making and an Ontario Teaching Certificate in Technological Studies, Rob combines hands-on technical expertise with a strong ability to educate and support customers in optimizing their manufacturing processes.
With a wide background with high-performance cutting tools, Nataly Gonzalez, Regional Sales Representative at Lyndex-Nikken, has six years of experience in sales, technical consultation, and strategic process optimization for manufacturing applications. Nataly holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Advanced Manufacturing. This expertise has enabled her to develop and implement innovative machining solutions that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity for clients across various industries, including Automotive and Oil & Gas. Throughout her career, Nataly has demonstrated a deep understanding of machining tool selection, focusing on maximizing performance, improving product quality, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
