Mazak has announced that it will be hosting an open house event at its Canada Headquarters and Technology Centre in Cambridge, Ontario. Featuring live cutting demonstrations and a host of information-packed seminars, the event will take place April 1 – 2, from 10:00 am – 8:00 pm each day.
With a focus on helping manufacturers compete globally in tough economic times, seminars will be presented on cost effective 5-axis machining, lean manufacturing through automation, achieving predictable productivity and advancements in drills, mills and other cutting tools. In addition to Mazak personnel, experts from Kennametal, Sandvik Coromant, Seco and Renishaw will be on hand to present information on the latest technological trends.
Cutting demonstrations will be offered on a broad variety of Mazak machines, including:
