Accudynamics, a precision manufacturer of components for medical and diagnostic equipment, has received ISO 9001:2008 recertification for maintaining a quality management system. The recertification was awarded after a surveillance audit by third party registrar NQA proved that Accudynamics’ quality management system was performing at necessary levels.
ISO 9001:2008 is an internationally recognized certification, which ensures that a manufacturing facility meets a rigorous and comprehensive set of requirements dictated by the International Standards Organization (ISO).
“The ISO 9001 recertification was an important achievement for us, since it enables our customers to partner with Accudynamics with confidence,” says Accudynamics vice president of sales and marketing, Tom Winkelmann.
The company first received ISO 9001:2008 certification in 2010, and plans to undergo its recertification in 2012.
