Eriez is now offering qualifying customers a 30-day demo on the HydroFlow Portable Coalescer and 50-Gallon Sump Cleaner.
The 30-day demo gives maintenance personnel the opportunity to use the Portable Coalescer or 50-Gallon Sump Cleaner and compare to other fluid recycling equipment.
The Eriez HydroFlow Portable Coalescer effectively removes tramp oil from water soluble coolants while the machine tool is running. Removing tramp oils improves coolant and tool life and reduces air-borne mist. The portable unit comes with a floating skimmer assembly that transports coolant and tramp oils from the machine sump into the coalescer. The clean coolant is then discharged back into the machine tool.
The Eriez HydroFlow 50-Gallon, 120V Sump Cleaner removes fluid, sludge and chips from a machine sump, filters the sludge and chips through a reusable integral filter liner, then returns the filtered fluid to the sump. In just 10 minutes to 15 minutes, a CNC machine tool sump with 50 gallons of coolant and 20 lb of chips can be completed cleaned with the filtered coolant returned to the sump.
A polypropylene filter sleeve filters to a nominal 50 microns. For finer filtration, a single-use paper filter sleeve (to 20 microns nominal) can be inserted into the chip basket. More information about the Eriez HydroFlow 50-Gallon Sump Cleaner and the 30-day demo offer can be found here.
