Interactive IMTS Experience

Seco Tools’ Knowledge Bar will create interactive experience for IMTS 2012 visitors.

At IMTS 2012, taking place September 10-15, 2012 at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL, Seco Tools will reinforce its total customer commitment through a highly interactive booth environment. Each day of IMTS, Seco will host hour-long Knowledge Bar sessions, starting at 9:30 and 11:30 a.m., in booth W-1564 where the company’s cutting tool experts will meet with show attendees in a forum-based setting to share their vast knowledge and present on a variety of metalworking topics.

Additionally, as part of the Knowledge Bar, visitors to the Seco booth will have opportunities to sit down with company applications experts for one-on-one informal discussions. Attendees can present their individual machining challenges and gain valuable advice as well as learn how to overcome those challenges through the incorporation of advanced cutting tool technology.

“Strong customer relationships have always been the cornerstone of Seco’s operations, and these Knowledge Bars are just one of the many ways in which we listen to, understand and address our customers’ unique business needs,” says Lisa Seidl, marketing communications manager for Seco.
