EOS will exhibit innovative orthopaedic applications — and a working EOSINT M 270 Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) system — at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) Annual Meeting, March 9-13, in New Orleans, LA. The company will also present new process and quality enhancements for their manufacturing equipment at its booth, #5573.
“Laser-sintering technology manufactures completely customizable products cost-effectively, no matter how intricate their shape is. That’s invaluable to the orthopaedic industry,” says Martin Bullemer, key account manager medical of EOS. “Now that EOS offers greater traceability and process documentation as well, we expect this sector of our medical business to grow rapidly.”
