Global Cardiovascular Innovation Center Opens in May

Companies that are developing innovative solutions for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease are eligible to become tenants.

The Global Cardiovascular Innovation Center Incubator will open in May 2010. Companies that are  developing innovative solutions for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease are eligible to  become tenants. The GCIC Incubator program is accepting applications for clients across a full range of diagnostic, treatment and monitoring solutions in cardiovascular medicine.

Located on the main campus of Cleveland Clinic, and down the street from Case Western Reserve University, the incubator offers 50,000 sq ft of prime, state-of-the-art space. Clients enjoy customizable laboratory facilities for new product research and development activities, flexible office space and conference rooms along with convenient access to all of GCIC's business support services.

The Global Cardiovascular Innovation Center Features:

  • Twenty labs equipped with mobile casework, a fixed wet bench, a fume hood and a private office.
  • Over thirty offices that can easily accommodate one or two people.
  • Two Office Suites that include private offices, reception area, and cubicles.
  • Collaborative meeting spaces that can accommodate up to 30 people.
  • Core lab services include glass wash, sterilizer, ice machine, DI Water, and storage cabinets.
  • Dedicated shipping and receiving area.
  • Business Resource Center that houses vending and lounge area that features Starbucks iBrew machine and vending machines.
  • Allocated on-site secure parking for clients and guests
