Well-Equipped Wet & Dry Labs - Individual spaces are secured by card access and contain lab furniture and cabinets, phones, telecom cabling, fume hoods, eyewash and emergency shower stations.

Shared amenities provided include - conference rooms and meeting space, -80 Freezer, glass washer, mechanical equipment, initial gas stock, liquid nitrogen, on site laboratory supplier and FDA safety officer.

The first tenants include the medical school at the UA, which took 7,100 square feet; ThirdBiotech, a resource organization that will manage the incubator's day-to-day operations; and InNexus Biotechnology, a drug-development company that just moved from Scottsdale. A company involved in medical robots is due to sign a lease soon.
