The B. Braun OEM Division of B. Braun Medical Inc. – an FDA-registered, ISO 13485 provider of contract manufacturing services and components for medical devices and custom kits – now offers a broad line of competitively priced bulk, non-sterile hypodermic needles in a wide range of gauges and lengths.
The needles feature a smooth surface with a light silicone coating and an ultra-sharp, tri-beveled profile designed to promote ease of penetration and to minimize discomfort and pain. The transparent Luer lock needle hubs are designed to promote visibility and facilitate flashback detection. They are color coded for easy identification.
Available as a stand-alone component or integrated into a custom kit, bulk hypodermic needles are the newest addition to the company’s existing portfolio of sterile and non-sterile syringes (available in two- and three- piece configurations) and sterile needles. They represent one of many kit components that B. Braun OEM Division offers including admixture devices, sets, valves, stopcocks, safety IV catheters and introducer needles, and interventional accessories.
