Gosigerfest set for Sept. 23-24, 2015

Dayton, Ohio – The fifth biennial Gosigerfest is scheduled for Sept. 23-24, 2015, at Gosiger’s campus in downtown Dayton. More than 700 CNC manufacturing leaders and users will attend the two-day event, where they can see hands-on demonstrations of state-of-the-art equipment, discuss growth strategies for their businesses and network with industry peers. Individuals from more than a dozen states have registered to attend.

According to Marketing Director Mike Williams, “We started this event ten years ago as a way to better connect with and educate our customers on emerging technologies in CNC machining. Now, it’s become the go-to industry event, right here in the Midwest. We are pleased to support the resurgence in U.S. manufacturing by serving the equipment and technology needs of our customer base.”

Some highlights of this year’s event include:

• 1,000ft2 of demonstration space featuring more than 30 machines and 60 industry suppliers focused on automation, high-volume production, engineering, service and parts, financing and more
• A hands-on demonstration of 3D technology, highlighting the potential of state-of-the-art additive manufacturing technology
• German food from Schmidt’s restaurant in Columbus’ German Village, a variety of traditional beers for tasting, live German music, and additional festivities

New for 2015

• Executive sessions with knowledgeable speakers on pricing, hiring and managing people and equipment
• The Serious Solutions Center, where attendees can discuss their challenges and opportunities with Gosiger experts in a “genius bar” setting
