The outstanding sealing characteristics of the center’s exclusive Royal Roto-Shield coolant slinger and an upgraded, spring-loaded neoprene shield that’s resistant to abrasion, high temperatures, and virtually all metalworking fluids also give it a bearing life superior to other spring-type live centers.
The Royal Ultimate Multi-Tasking Live Center is extremely accurate, with runout guaranteed to ±0.0001" TIR or better. It also incorporates a heavy-duty bearing configuration and optimized spring-pak, which makes it ideal for all multi-tasking CNC machines.
