Ramsey, New Jersey – Horizontal indexing tables and vertical faceplates are built with a three-piece Hirth coupling which provides rigid locking, accurate positioning, and heavy load carrying capacity. The non-lifting table top eliminates contamination issues typical on many competitors indexing tables, especially in flood coolant applications.
All tables and faceplates are hydraulically clamped and unclamped and have sequential feedback switches. The method of rotation can be a rack and pinion with built-in, pre-engineered, and tamper-proof cushions; or by a servomotor drive with a dual-lead worm gear that provides minimal backlash and low friction for high speed rotation, agility, and the flexibility for applications needing variable indexing requirements.
The tables are suitable for applications that require sizes between 8" and 48" with rigidity, accuracy, precision, and low maintenance requirements.
