Charlotte, North Carolina – CHIRON America Inc., provider of custom engineered vertical machining solutions, has named Jason Blair as sales manager. He brings a wealth of knowledge in machine tool sales and will be responsible for sales team leadership and driving revenue growth through the dealer network.
Blair comes to CHIRON with more than 15 years of machine tool industry experience. With a background primarily focused on machine tool sales, he has experience from the both the builder and distributor perspective. Having served in a variety of sales and business strategy roles in distribution with Phillips Corp., he most recently comes to CHIRON from BLM GROUP USA Corp., having served as a regional manager.
“I am thrilled to be a part of the CHIRON America team and have the opportunity to serve our customers, dealers, and dedicated employees who promote the quality products and solutions provided by CHIRON,” Blair says. “My entire career has been focused on the machine tool industry, and it is quite an honor to continue that path with a company the caliber of CHIRON.”
Blair holds an MBA degree from the University of Baltimore, a BS in Business & Economics from Greensboro College, and a Diploma in Precision Machining Technologies from Danville Community College. He earned the title Certified Machine Tool Sales Engineer from the Association For Manufacturing Technology.
