New Paltz, New York – Excitement is building as Joseph Gilbert awaits his new glow-in-the-dark hand.
Designers are putting the final touches on the plastic green glove that include embellishing it with glow paint so it will resemble a playful skeletal hand.
The device, however, is not a super-hero gizmo or even a prop for a Halloween costume.
