Parson Joins Ram Precision as Quality Assurance Manager

Rick Mount, president of Ram Precision Industries announcs that William Parsons has joined the company as quality assurance manager.

“We are pleased to have Bill join our high-tech manufacturing team. Having Bill with us assures that our quality requirements are defined before our manufacturing begins,” Mount says.

Parsons brings more than 24 years of experience to Ram in the areas of quality assurance in the medical device industry. He was employed by C. R. Bard of Murray Hill, NJ, for 18 years in various divisions where he held senior level quality management positions. Bard is a leading multinational manufacturer and marketer of innovative, life enhancing medical technologies in the fields of vascular, urology, oncology and surgical specialties.

Most recently, Parsons has been employed by RSB Spine in Cleveland, OH, in quality management. RSB Spine is a medical device company focused on developing unique modular spinal fusion products for surgical treatment of degenerative disc diseases. In his position of Quality Manager, Bill has brought true disciplines and processes to their success.

Parsons also is a serious quality assurance consultant for many Midwest medical implant and instrument companies. He holds an A.S. degree in Quality Management from North Shore Community College in Lynn, MA, and a B.S. in Business Management from David Myers College in Cleveland, OH. He received his ASQ certification as a Quality Technician in 1989 and his Certified Quality Auditor certification in 1991.

Mount also states, “William has worked with RAM on major projects recently and we are confident he will be an excellent addition to the Ram Medical Solutions team. His wide range of experience with 24 years in quality management in the medical Device business makes him uniquely suited to assist our business growth plans.”
