Methods Machine Tools Inc. held its first seminar in a series of KIWA-Japan “Demo Days” here at Methods Machine Tools in Sudbury, MA on March 31st. Attendees witnessed live machining and participated in a technical session that focused on how KIWA machining solutions can increase productivity and profits in a difficult economy.
Live demonstrations at the event included the latest KIWA-Japan HMC and VMC technology, which featured fast, non-cutting times, high metal removal rates, power and capacities, effective dry machining, easy pallet changes and more. Attendees were also able to examine the high quality of a KIWA Japan KH-45 casting including the spindle, ballscrews, and servos.
