Methods Machine Tools Inc. has announced an expanded sales organization structure, designed to further enhance customer sales and support for a growing technology-focused customer base. Highlights of the structure include three new Regional Technical Sales Manager positions and the appointment of Dave Lucius as vice president of sales to oversee the entire North American sales organization. Lucius was previously Methods VP, National Distribution.

He is a well seasoned industry professional and a 14-year Methods veteran, possessing all the skills necessary to run our newly structured, sales organization." This is one of multiple organizational changes we are implementing in order to better meet the needs of customers says Bryon Deysher, Methods president/CEO.
The restructuring includes three new regional technical sales manager positions; Ken Corklin who will be responsible for the U.S. eastern territory, Russ Henry for the U.S. central region in addition to all of Canada and Sergio Tondato, who will cover the U.S. west and all of Mexico.
“This new structure maintains our product manager staff while expanding field sales strength through exceptionally skilled regional technical managers. This will allow us to provide our customer base with even more expert assistance in solving their manufacturing problems. Our goal is to exceed our customer’s expectations at every level of our organization” Lucius says.
The expanded Methods sales structure will also include continuous field training and provide more direct customer contact time, faster response time and more accurate, user-friendly reporting and communications.
Methods Fanuc Robodrill and EDM machine lines, will continue to be managed by Steve Bond, national sales manager, Robodrill, Robocut and EDM Products. These machine lines will also be supported via technical sales management. Greg Lafeldt will be regional sales manager for the Eastern half of U.S. and all of Canada, and Steve Raucci will be regional sales manager for the western half of U.S. and all of Mexico.
