NeedleTech Products Inc. has successfully expanded its long Endoscopic Device manufacturing facility. In order to accommodate long endoscopic devices, which measure between 1ft to 8ft long, the company has developed customized grinding, finishing, cleaning and insert molding equipment.
Specialized jigs and fixtures, along with proprietary production processes have also been established to enable proper handling of these extra long products. Endoscopic Device materials commonly include plastic extrusions, Stainless Steel tubing and Nitinol wires.
