Next Generation Balloon Pleat & Fold Equipment

Machine Solutions Inc. (MSI) is pleased to announce the launch of its new FFS760S Balloon Pleating and Folding Equipment. The FFS760S offers increased throughput and operator efficiency with the use of dual inline Wavepleat and fold heads. This machine allows for processing on one set of heads while the other set is being loaded, effectively allowing a single operator to simultaneously control two machines.

The FFS760S is PAC controlled with PC/HMI touch screen user interface for easy process development and quick product changeover. The FFS760S includes an integrated vision system which eliminates manual positioning variability and associated yield loss by automatically positioning balloons into the pleat/fold heads. Additional features include dual automated top loading vblocks with removable PressSure catheter sealing devices, optional bar code scanning and servo motor activation.
