Okuma America Corporation (OAC) announces that it has received the Certificate of Registration for the ISO 9001:2008 compliant Quality Management System. Registration was awarded by Preferred Registrar Group, Inc.
"Based on registration documents, we believe we are the first major machine tool manufacturer to receive registration under the new standards, which was published on November 13, 2008", states Michael Lail, director of operations and quality systems for OAC.
