The leadership team of Okuma America Corp., a global manufacturer of computer numeric control (CNC) machine tools, controls, and automation systems, is pleased to recognize Morris Group Inc. as its distributor of the year for Okuma's fiscal 2024 reporting year. Brad Morris, president & CEO of the Morris Group, accepted the award on May 21, 2025, at Okuma's annual distributor meeting held in San Antonio, Texas.
The Okuma Distributor of the Year Award was established to recognize Okuma distributors that exemplify exceptional performance in both selling and servicing Okuma products and services throughout a given year. More specifically, the award criteria focus on distributor performance across multiple disciplines, including sales, service, engineering, marketing, operations, and finance, all of which are vitally important to supporting Okuma's mission of passionately pursuing a customer for life.
