Okuma Automated Modular Pallet System

The Okuma AMPS-C contains a complete FMS (Flexible Manufacturing System) installed in a “container” that is configured specifically for Okuma machining centers. Each AMPS-C contains all the equipment required for automated pallet storage and handling. An advanced and cost effective alternative to conventional pallet pools, Okuma AMPS turns any Okuma machining center into a flexible manufacturing system. The AMPS-C allows Okuma to provide expandable solutions according to specific plant requirements. The system is easy to expand from its initial state to meet manufacturing needs. The AMPS-C can be configured with up to two containers, two Okuma machining centers, and two load stations, or any combination in between.
