QU-BD Inc.'s One Up has finally breached the $200 price threshold for widespread consumer adoption of a commercial grade 3D printer. QU-BD Inc. have brought to market a reliable, easy to use, consumer oriented 3D printer, the OneUp for only $199.
Instead of consumers buying the new XBox One or Playstation 4 they have a much more useful purchasing option for the upcoming Holidays. The OneUp uses industry leading precision linear motion components, proven extrusion technology, and a completely open-source design that allows anyone to jump head first into the exciting world of 3D printing.
"There simply aren't any 3D printers anywhere near the price point that can produce reliable results like we can get out of the OneUp," says David Mainard, president of QU-BD, Inc.
The OneUp was designed as a no frills, down to basics 3D printer that can create stunning results with very little effort.
The OneUp offers the following:

- Max travel: 100mm x 100 x 125mm (can be upgraded to 175mm x 175mm x 125mm)
- Maximum travel speed: 150mm/s
- Maximum print speed: 100mm/s
