Quality Vision International Announces Change in Presidency of Optical Gaging Products (OGP)

Rochester, NY - November 15, 2006 -- Quality Vision International, Inc. (QVI®) announces that R. Stephen Flynn is assuming the role of President of Optical Gaging Products, Inc. (OGP®). He joins a very small group of people who have held this title since the company's founding more than sixty years ago. This new role is in addition to his current position as Senior Vice-President of QVI.

As President of OGP, Mr. Flynn will be responsible for all aspects of the company's domestic and international business. He will report to Edward T. Polidor who continues as President of QVI.

Mr. Flynn held the position of Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Optical Gaging Products from 1994-2000.
