Burbank, California and Stans, Switzerland – Raptor Workholding Products and Machining Cloud GmbH have entered into a new partnership under which Raptor plans to publish its workholding product data onto the Machining Cloud thereby significantly reducing the time associated with finding, selecting, purchasing, and using its products.
Through the Machining Cloud, Raptor's product data - descriptive, usage and geometric information, application knowledge and price and availability - will be readily available for its customers process planning and to feed their CAM systems, simulation software, and other data-hungry shop software. Using the Machining Cloud tablet and desktop apps, Raptor's customers will have access to a rich set of software features including selector, configurator, job management, reporting, and commerce.
