Rogan Corporation, a leading molder of plastic components for more than seventy-five years, has added a 1,500 square foot new cleanroom to its manufacturing facility. This addition coincides with Rogan's recently expanded contract manufacturing and assembly operations. The new cleanroom was created to meet increasing medical and pharmaceutical device industry demand for Rogan’s liquid silicone rubber molding and assembly capability.
The new Class 100,000 cleanroom houses manufacturing and assembly operations to meet the growing demand for liquid silicone rubber molded products. With the Phase I cleanroom now in operation, Phase II, involving further expansion to meet projected future growth, is in the planning stages.
Rogan also has added four new horizontal and vertical Liquid Silicone Rubber injection-molding presses to meet their customers' demands and to expand its molding capability. The new presses enable Rogan to meet both its commitment to higher efficiency molding and to Green Sustainability energy conservation.
