Royal Products offers two types of collet fixtures for use on rotary tables, indexers, and stationary applications such as tombstones.
The Quick-Grip 4th and 5th axis fixtures utilize Royal QG-42, 65, and 80 series collets, and feature many of the advantages of our Quick-Grip CNC collet chucks, including ten-second collet changes and a wide 0.062" clamping range. Pullback operation is achieved through a mechanical/hydraulic assembly. An internal back plate enables the use of a stop for precise workpiece positioning.
The 5C, 16C, and 3J manually operated fixtures utilize an internal cam mechanism and are configured for both four and six-slot mounting. There models feature Royal Accu-Length functionality.
