Sandvik Coromant, the market-leading producer of tools for the metalcutting industry, has announced a new regionalized business structure that will improve efficiency, growth, and profit with a stronger and more enhanced focus on growth.
As previously announced, John Israelsson will lead the new regional organization as president of Market Area Americas for Sandvik Coromant. In line with the new structure, the Market Area Americas management structure will comprise of the following appointments:
- Jamie Price, president of USA
- Claudio Camacho, President of sub-market area South and Central America, responsible for Brazil, Argentina, Chile, and Latin America
- Ross Carpino and Carlos Velazquez continue in their current roles, responsible for Canada and Mexico respectively
In addition, functional groups are:
- Ignacio Telleria, vice president of engineering
- Brian Norris, vice president of business development
- Davina Davad, vice president of operations
- Robert Fischer, vice president of strategic accounts
- Björn Roodzant, senior manager for the global web
- Ester Codina, marketing and communication manager
