Siemens appoints Applied Controls as a full line factory automation distributor for Maryland, Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia.


Malvern, Pennsylvania – Siemens officials announce that Applied Controls Inc. will expand its authorized territory to include Maryland, Washington D.C., and five counties of Northern Virginia as a Siemens high value partner and automation solution provider. Applied Controls will market and support Siemen’s portfolio of factory automation products including PLCs, HMIs, intelligent motion control, industrial computers, SCADA, and networking products. In addition, it will provide the full line of industrial controls, motor control, circuit protection, AC & DC drives, gear motors, power supplies and more.
