Los Angeles - SMTCL-Americas officials announce that a company open house event will take place on March 20, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at their technical center 17038 E. Gale Avenue in the City of Industry, Calif. Manufacturing professionals from small job shops to major industries are expected to attend this event, which includes machine demonstrations and seminars. Industry experts will host seminars on robotics and automation, five-axis machining, titanium machining, new developments in CAD Design software, and innovations in tooling.
Several of SMTCL’s strategic partners will exhibit new technologies during the one-day open house. Kennametal, Calmotion, GibbsCAM, Siemens, Fanuc, ITS and others will be on hand to answer questions and discuss their new products.
More than 50 machines are in stock at SMTCL’s facility and will be available for sale with special pricing during the open house. Lunch and refreshments will be served to attendees. Raffle prizes will be awarded throughout the day. Attendees who register early will receive a free gift.
