Steinmeyer Expands Ball Screw Manufacturing Facility

Officials at Steinmeyer Inc. announce that the company's main ball screw manufacturing facility located in Albstadt, Germany has completed another plant expansion project. In 2007 Steinmeyer had expanded its manufacturing operation by adding 20,000m² to accommodate more production equipment. Due to further increased ball screw demand worldwide, it was necessary to add another 2,240m² of space. This space is being used to accommodate more production equipment and to further stream line the production process to assist in reducing lead times.
