Tungaloy's DoFeed Series of High-Feed Milling Cutters

The DoFeed Series of high-feed milling cutters from Tungaloy guarantees good productivity levels when rough machining steel, cast irons, stainless steels, and super alloys.
   
Ideal for applications in die and mold and general machining industries, the DoFeed is available as an indexable end mill shank series with diameters that include 5/8” to 1½”. It can accommodate two, three, four, five, and six inserts, respectively. For deep cavity machining, the end mills with a long shank are available with an overall length of 6”, 6.5”, 7”, 8”, and 10”. The long overhang of the series maintains its rigidity for deep cavity machining at high feed rates.
For higher metal removal rates, the DoFeed is also available as a face mill bore type cutter with 2” and 3” diameters that hold five and seven inserts, respectively. The high-density inserts with a large inclination improve chip flow and reduce cutting forces to improve productivity and metal removal rates by more than 50%.
