Ivyland, Pennsylvania – Vistek Medical, a leading contract manufacturer of medical implants and components focused on the orthopedic, spinal, trauma, and extremity markets has reached a manufacturing milestone of two million medical components.
“This landmark reflects the dedication of our employees and commitment to delivering precision machined medical components to our customers on time,” stated John Ducaji, director of sales and business development.
The manufacturing milestone includes implants and components manufactured on 5-axis milling machines and Swiss turning machines. Throughput efficiencies were aided by the capacity expansion made throughout the past year.
“Our extremity implant segment of the business is experiencing significant growth and we will continue to invest in vertical manufacturing solutions to support customer needs and differentiate our offering,” said Ducaji.
