www.Make-It-Better.us has officially launched, offering a variety of information to support US manufacturers affected by the current economy. Sponsored by GF AgieCharmilles, the website accepts and publishes advice and data from any industry source as long as the submissions provide value and do not contain sales-oriented materials.
www.Make-It-Better.us organizes information in four key categories: Machining Techniques, Training & Education, Adapt Your Business and Marketing Ideas. It also provides an ‘Ask an Expert’ feature, whereby those visiting the site can ask specific questions about their operations and receive input from an expert in the relevant field.
“People in the industry are hungry for anything that can help them through this economic crisis,” says Glynn Fletcher, president of GF AgieCharmilles. “The Make-It-Better website already contains substantial substantive advice on traversing these difficult times. The volume of data will grow exponentially as more members of our industry come forward to share their own expertise and experience.”
As content grows in quantity, additional filtering options will be present on the website, allowing visitors to search data by keywords or by industry. Those wishing to contribute materials for publication should contact Gisbert Ledvon at Gisbert.Ledvon@AgieCharmilles.us.
