The 100-T4 Grinding Machine

The 100-T4 machine is for grinding ID’s and OD’s as well as allowing for radius grinding using a straight grinding wheel. It features a new fully programmable turret driven by torque motor. The turret has four high-frequency spindles covering a speed range from 30,000rpm to 120,000rpm and a CNC “B” axis with a range of 0-deg. to 90 deg. The 100-T4 is a complete machine enclosure with two doors and comes with radius grinding software and a Siemens 840D sl control with the company’s open architecture system software programming.
