SwissTurn are the innovators of B Axis. The patented 12 position mill/turn servo turret of the Diamont has twelve live tool stations, four of which are capable of 360° B axis rotation, to machine parts in the main or sub spindle. Main and sub spindles are both built in with MP Scale C axes construction that helps in obtaining higher spindle rotation accuracy and better surface finish during the cutting operation. Both the Y axis turret and Y axis slide can machine on main or sub spindle, delivering the capability to pinch, turn or mill on either the main or sub spindle.
