Keyence Corporation of America’s 4K ultra-high accuracy microscope, the VHX-7000 marks the fifth-generation of the company’s digital microscope product line. By incorporating 4K resolution, the VHX-7000 is a versatile system with the capability of multiple microscopes: stereoscope, metallurgical, measuring, and entry level SEM.
