The Hydrostatic Paper Filters include the smaller HPF-100 and the larger HPF-500 units. They were designed on the company’s Modular Filter Platform. It combines the highest level in chip removal technology with the most effective coolant filtration capabilities to maximize machine tool productivity. This fully automatic coolant system is a robust, deep bed-type filter, utilizing a unique side sealing method for the prevention of chip and particulate bypass. The fully

automatic HPF design provides a clean and continuous supply of coolant to the machine tool without any downtime.

The V-Series VacuFilter is suitable for use with virtually all types of cutting fluids and lubricants, and can be used in general purpose machining operations. It is good for applications such as grinding, honing, lapping and polishing, gun drilling, and parts washing where fine particulates separation is required.
