Stepping on the foot pedal directs air to flow from the fixed nozzle, while also turning on the suction fan. A hand held nozzle is included for additional flexibility.
MiJET utilizes an existing shop air line and is easy to incorporate into a work cell since no electricity is required. Air is driven out of a nozzle while simultaneously, vacuum suction pulls the valuable coolant into the container. Exhausted air is filtered to levels that can help your facility meet OSHA standards. Air quality is improved, aerosol is reduced, and floors remain cleaner. Expensive coolants are captured for reuse and metal chips can easily be recycled. MiJET is also very useful at an inspection station to clean off oily parts prior to inspection.
